Aug 27, 2014
proALPHA Software Corp. introduced its new manager in August 2014. As Managing Director/CEO, Wolfram von Schoen has taken on the tasks and responsibilities of Wolfram Menser, who has led the American subsidiary for the last ten years. Wolfram Menser will be working as the Head of International Business Development as of November 1, 2014. At the headquarters in Weilerbach, Germany, he will be developing the internationalization strategies for the proALPHA Group.
In the past, Wolfram von Schoen held various positions in senior management; amongst others, he was Director of Global Services at Komax, an American proALPHA customer. In his last position as Head of Consulting at Codex, a proALPHA partner located in Switzerland, he was responsible for the consulting services for regular customers. Through his American-German dual nationality and his valuable experience, he has become well-grounded in American and European business culture. The degreed mechanical engineer is married and father to two children. His American wife Jaimie also started working for proALPHA USA in August and now complements the Academy team in Nashua. In her last position as a consultant and project manager at Codex, she too has gained a profound knowledge of proALPHA.
The last fiscal year has turned out to be the best year ever for the American proALPHA subsidiary. At present, the team in Nashua attends to 60 customers in 26 federal states of the U.S. To meet the requirements resulting from this growth, the premises in Nashua have been expanded in 2014. The proALPHA Software Corp. is now outfitted with well-appointed seminar rooms for training American customers. For this purpose, the proALPHA Academy has established a training concept tailored to the needs of the users in the U.S.
As stated by Wolfram von Schoen: “The objective is to significantly increase our presence in America. Product, team, Academy and the international proALPHA network are making a strong point to succeed.”
