Andree Stachowski Named Chief Sales Officer of proALPHA Group
ERP provider strengthens international positioning of software and service distribution

The proALPHA group, a leading ERP provider for small and medium sized enterprises, has created the new position of Chief Sales Officer for Andree Stachowski. In January 2015, the 47-year-old sales expert will take on this task and his seat in the management of the proALPHA Software GmbH. His main task will be to develop the sales and distribution strategies for the software and corresponding services for the entire proALPHA group. With this step, proALPHA further develops its growth on an international scale. In the first half of the fiscal year, the company experienced a significant growth in Germany as well as worldwide. The upcoming release of proALPHA Suite 6.2 promises further sales. In addition to this, Stachowski will take on the responsibilities of Markus Klahn, who has been the Head of Sales of the German subsidiary and manager of the proALPHA Consulting GmbH for many years and has now decided to leave the company.
Andree Stachowski has many years of experience in the sales and distribution of ERP solutions for small and medium-sized enter-prises: as a member of the management of the All for One Steeb AG, the Sales expert with a degree in mechanical engineering was responsible for distributing ERP software in most parts of Germany and for marketing cloud products all over the world. In addition to him being a member of the board of management of two subsidiaries of the All for One Steeb AG, his tasks included the partner business and Managed Service Sales. Before that, he had worked as Head of Sales West at the ERP provider Infor Global Solutions GmbH.
"I have been operating on the ERP market for 20 years now. I have always considered proALPHA to be a company that experiences a continuous and profitable growth, and that in the meantime has become a Hidden Champion in the ERP business. I'm looking forward to contributing to the future growth of proAL-PHA," Stachowski says. His first tasks include the development of a clear industry orientation and the establishment of the corresponding internal structures. "We proceed to the next level, where we develop from a Hidden Champion to a true Champion. For this I want to win over our customers, the market, and my team."
