proALPHA Project Management

Efficiently Planning Projects and Successfully Implementing Them

proALPHA Project Management (Symbolic picture)

The proALPHA Project Management module is an integrated tool with which all the tasks in the project area from project and resource planning through to data entry and project costing can be perfectly resolved.

The Highlights:

The multi-user application enables cross-departmental processing by various employees.

So that the project team can retain the overview in the relations between targets, participants, resources, dates and other influencing variables, proALPHA Project Management offers versatile graphical support including project structure plans, networks and Gantt diagrams.

The module enables the precise planning of all the resources required for a project. This means that bottlenecks or collisions with other projects are identified early.

The integrated project costing includes preliminary and actual costings plus costings at cut-off date for balance sheet valuation - with any number of variants. Ancillary costs are also included. proALPHA Project Management is fully integrated into the ERP solution. Here, the purpose of a project is to organize dependent business processes. For example, requirements for the MRP or work orders and purchase orders can be created directly from the project. Existing orders can be transferred to other projects at any time. The costs of the resource or parts planning are directly incorporated into the project costing.
